5 day return/complaint policy ludicrous

Bride situated in UK ordered 5 Dessy bridesmaid dresses to be delivered to Ireland, 1 to be delivered to Virginia. The one to VA was delivered quickly but as bridesmaid was not living at delivary address (I am grooms Mother, my daughter is to be a bridesmaid) dress was not scheduled for fitting until after 5 day return deadline was long past. Dessy dress size 18 was ordered according to their sizing chart.

As instructed I inspected the dress, right color, right style (Dessy 2049), size 18 tag on dress, no flaws.
Perfect I thought, until the fitting. Major problem. Dress actually delivered is Bust 44, waist 39.5, Hip 50, size 22???

No help from Houseofbrides as 5 day return date long past, no help from Dessy as that company does NOT deal direct with consumers

We will have to have dress remade costing $107.
Do not use either of these companies they rip you off
