Sms/mms charges i can't control incoming sms/mms text charges, tmob refuses to credit account

I ordered a new phone from amazon, signed up for a new account, received new tel #. The number belonged to someone else and was recycled by TMOB too soon. I was getting frequent sms text messages intended for the previous owner of my number. Complained to TMOB and they credited 30 sms. I liked the number and did not want to change it. After 30 sms credit expired i still kept getting text and picture messages intended for previous owner. Notified all senders and now get less messages but after complaining to TMOB again they refuse to issue credit.

It's not about the money but about the charges i cannot control because of TMOB entrapment sms billing conspiracy. (possibly same with other providers). TMOB is aware of my situation and knows i do not text. Only receive incoming sms intended for someone else. I can control incoming calls but nothing can be done about sms.
