I paid for a coat and i didn't get anything City new york

I order a woolrich arctic parka large black color on 12-19-07, the transaction went trought and they took out money from my credit card. After 5 days they sent my an email telling me that they didn't have in stock anymore. So they already have my money but they don't have any coat? I asked for a refound and telling that i need that money because was a rechargable credit card and they told me less than 5 businnes day.

After 9 business working day i didn't have my refound yet, i called once again and they told me that nobody checked the refound box so they ask me i was good for me have the same coat but in another color and i agreed. They sent me another email telling me that everything was fine and that i should expect my coat on 7-1-08.

I didn't get anything and after that i called on 8-1-08 and they told me that they was just ship that day from their warehouse, i called the day after for know my ups tracking number and they told me that they don't have anymore in stock and they want to give me a credit.

They had my money for one month, i spent a lot of time without considering that now that coat is sold out everywhere and i have to wait the next year to buy one... If this is not cheat on people i don't know what say... They still have my money and the only thing that i have is an email telling me that the coat was shipped yesterday from their warehouse.
