Ruin Chasmere long coat

App.in March I had put my coat in there cleaners to be cleaned and I then stored it in my closet until it got cold again. The winter of 2008 was a warm one and I didn't wear it. On 12-21 I had a wake to go to and it was 25o so I got my coat out only to find it was loaded with lint balls inside and out and the color was faded (black). On 12-22 I took my coat back to them and explained to them as stated above about the condition of the coat. The coat was in the orgional bag and had the orgional recipt on it. The 1st lady stated to me this happen to the coat while it hung in the closet which I stated Are You Serous. I stated to her that this is the condition your cleaners gave it to me. Ive had this coat cleaned two times before by some one else and it was always good service so I didn't check the coat before I put it up. She saw the recipt and stated all she could do was to clean it over again so I did along with another black coat (womens) and 2 pants. On 1-11 I went back to pick up my thing and along with my wife check my coat again and found it was still the same along with the other coat (had lint, lint balls and blonde hairs all over it too). I stated to the same person as before that I can't except this type of service and as asked for the manager. She stated he was not in. She did agree to do both coats over again at no charge so I left the coats and took the pants. On 1-13 I went to get the coats only to find that my coat still had lint and lint balls on it and that color had been faded along the upper chest line from it been pressed and the other coat had lint and other items on it. I showed this to another lady working the counter and she stated she had tried to remove the lint and that this was the best she could do. I couldn't get no other satisfation from her nor did it seem to me that she really didn't care. My complain is that my coat which cost $300.00 in 2005 is ruined because of the way they handle the cashmere fabic doing the cleaning process which also caused the fading of the color from dark black to light black.
