This complaint so long because I was lead to believe the above catalog companies were telling me the truth 2 years ago. They told me they didn't send a red coat, size 3X, fury interior. Nice coat but I didn't order this coat. I shop catalogs because of my disability. I am a 5 star customer and have been ordering my clothing from them for over 5years. I had taken ill after I ordered a red coat
from midnight velvet-my recovery took a couple of months and a hospital stay or 30 days-with triple pneumonia-now I am a little cloudy about dates and times-I had acute respiratory failure. But, I called twice about this coat-I would not order a 3x when I wear 1x. It was summer of I tried on the coat again, this time I put my hands in the pockets-the left pocket was where I found the label from the company who sent the coat MIDNIGHT VELVET-3x. I called the catalog company again with proof they sent me the wrong coat-I was informed at that time of their 30 day return policy. I reminded them that I was ill when the coat arrived and my husband opened the package, and threw away the box and there was no nothing to verify where the coat came from until I accidentally happened to fined the label sewn deep in the pocket, FOR ANYONE READING THIS MESSAGE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED BY THESE PARENT CATALOGS. What happens to merchandise that they cannot sell.
