The worst customer service experience eve

This company had repeatedly lied to me about my product being shipped. Made endless promises about overnighting the canvas to me. Then told me they would reimburse me for the delays. Then sent a canvas print that was imperfect.

In my attempts to resolve the issue i repeatedly made attempts to contact them and after weeks of unreturned emails and phone calls. I finally on occasion was able to contact them only for more lies. They make promises that they are working on my issue and then dont call me back. No one seems to be able to get in touch with the boss and every one is rude.

An absolute disgraceful situation, whats worse is they actually emailed from sutomer support informing me they would pass on my information to customer support. Turns out the company is really based in china and no one can get anything doen right.
