Ink by email... Major ripoff! False promises and out & out LIES

I had an email sent to me with an interesting offer, with a much reduced price for remanufactured ink. GOINKTV.com
I decided that it was a good deal and was promised same day shipping using FedEx - - - that was on Dec. 18th... While awaiting my ink, presumably in a couple of days, I waited a week and emailed the company with NO RESPONSE.
Due to no answer I rewrote them another 3 times over the next couple of weeks...
It is now Dec. 31 and I rec'd an email stating UPS would deliver it by Jan. 7th, (3 weeks later) and that according to UPS records which I followed up on... They did not get any order for this until this day... Dec. 31!!
I never received any answers from emails, or from consistent attempts at contacting the company...
STAY AWAY FROM FALSE promises and out and out lies from the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Lets just see if I get my product in 7 days, which as you can calculate is 3 weeks after the date of order and the same to which they promised same day shipping!!!
This company SUCKS and is not worth your valuable time... Pass this on to your friends and make sure they do not make the same mistake that I made...!!!
