I order a canvas with updone.com. Order canceled no refund. No emails return. Phone don't work. 24 hour chat won't work

I ordered a canvas with updone.com. I canceled the order. They confirmed cancellation but money was never refunded. I emailed and chat with them. At first they said they'll look into it then get back with me. But they never did. Then their phone stopped working. Their 24 hour chatline stopped working. And that was that. I'm out 63 bucks.
