Printerpix has horrible service and fair product - Photo on canvas

I ordered a canvas as a gift. I was not positive it would get there on time, so I called. After waiting quite some time a man answered and said my canvas would be shipped either later that day or the following morning. I tried to call many other times, as it did not ship. The message says "Wait time is 0 minutes". I tried that several times. I waited b from 20-47 minutes on each of the 4 times I tried, but no one ever answered except the first man who gave poor information. I sent many emails. Each one sent a response saying "we will contact you either by phone or email within 24 hours. Call this number if it is an emergency". Again no phone answer and no emails. Party came and went with no canvas. I contacted PayPal and disputed the charge. PayPal, as far as I know, has been unable to reach anyone useful, but they finally shipped my canvas. It came. There is a white line on my daughter's face and large bubbles where it was not stapled correctly. I am very disappointed. PayPal, as of now, has told me not to pay. Since the canvas was left on my doorstep I did not have the opportunity to refuse it. I can not recommend this company and I will not use them again.
