I ordered a shapewear online on Nov 21, then returned it for an exchange because it was too small. They emailed me on Dec 13 to notify the receipt of my return. I emailed again in Jan, but I haven't received either exchange or refund yet until now March. Terrible company! I will never buy anything from there.
