Unauthorized Charges

I have two unauthorized charges from netspeedhosingonline - I have been told i will get refund for 2 charges of $79.99. First of all I do not even know who this company is and they got into my account to withdraw my money. They caused my checking account to be overdraw, I had to get a new account from my bank to prevent this from happening again. I noticed I am not the only one to compain about there tactics. I have asked at least 10 times to 10 differant people at this company asking how they got my account and they refuse to answer - one last time NET SPEED - how did you get my account and who gave authorization. Also they will not help you at all unless you give them your IP address from your computer - so now this must be changed as well. I would like a call back from a Manager from this company with an explanation on this and also want my money back ASAP - why should I have to wait 10 to 12 days to get my money back that was not authorized. I believe a class lawsuit is getting very near to stop companies like this from stealing money from individuals. Isnt that what you call unauthorized withdrawing of money - this would be a criminal act if any of us individuals that were taken advantage of did this. Because you are a listed company I guess you are above the law and are allowed to steal and conceal the truth. Sorry no more from this individual
