I had problems with Vonage a little over a year ago, and they never did get my phone to work right, and they could never give me a straight answer whenever I talked to them. I tried to cancel and they kept taking money out of my account.

Luckily for me, I went to my financial institution, gave a written statement of what had happened and they got me my money back.
