My attorney Dean does not want to rep me, he know my situation and he know im pregnant and i have been having complications, i paid him his retainer, but hes not doing a good job

My attorney Dean o' connor does not want to represent me anymore because he stated that i have not tried to make any payment to him and that i did not comply with a court order to pay child support... I provided him with evidence that shows I have been tryn to get my son back and that i hired a previous attorney before, but he just ignored all of that. I live in Dallas, Tx and Im so tired of people getting over on me. My son that I am fighting for is in danger, im currently stressed out, and my attorney know my situation, its like he knew he was not going to represent me long and that he was going to try to run and not help when I did try to pay him. I paid my reatiner to him and i was willing to make payment arrangments to pay him what i owed him but he would never answer the phone or call me back I left messages but he knows I have a court date coming up 01/16 and he stated that he was not representing me anymore, he has only been repr for about 6 months I believe, but He should of knew that if he couldnt help me, he shouldnt of took my case or money if he knew he couldnt help me. He knows Im currently 5 months pregnant and I have been having complications, Im on intermittent disability at this moment, and im up unders a doctors care. I also tried to have him mail me back my paper work that showed I had a attorney previously in Dallas, Tx and other inf that showed we tried numerous of times but he never mailed it back he also miscalculated my income for child support, i dont mind paying child support but why should I if I have evidence to prove I have been tryn to locate my child. Please I need HELP IMMEDIATELY.
