Case gone wrong and no help

How can the attorney general get away with wrongfully filing a child support case with all the correct information given to them. I had a phone conference with the ag office on june 17th. My ex wanted more money, but unfortantley I was laid off from work and I advised the ag office of this and came to a non-agreed agreement for the reason of I wouldn't have that job earning that kind of money anymore. I found a job and I notified to get the notice to withold the order I was paying before all this non-agreed order. I was served on November 22nd to go to court for Jan 11th.

I hired an attorney to take care of this to show new paystub with benefits and to change the order to reflect my new pay. When he called I was not in arrearage because I had continued paying child support. Well the attorney went to court and I was not there due to job circumstance (BIG MISTAKE), but had agreed to have attorney represent me to have to order updated to new order, It has been nothing but a nightmare the ag office filed the old order and now I am paying on a non-agreed order which does not reflect my pay and now show that i am in arreage since Sept

I don't nkow where they get that from. And now they won't change anything it's taken a toll on me and now they say I still have to pay the arreage even if I get th is modified. I have never been behind on Child support and I feel like I can get no help. I beleive that there is someone there working has failed to do there job, how can they mess up that way and mess with people's lives and credit that way. Now they send a letter saying they can offset any arreaage i'm behind so if this all get's cleared how can they repair the damage my credit loss wages and stress. Is there any one that can help.
