DEADBEAT DAD left me pregnant at 16 and now has 7 kids and supports none of them

Deadbeat dad. He left me when I was 16 and pregnant, 2 days later he married another woman. While with her he got another woman pregnant, they had a son born 3 months after my daughter. He then moved to WV where he got another woman pregant and owes approximately $33,000. He also has an 11 year old child in Chillicothe, Ohio, and owes $44,500 to them.

I had him sign off on his rights to my daughter when she was 12, but he still owes me about $23,000. We have been back to court 2 times this year (after nothing happening for over 5) and he showed up for the first case and not the other and there wasn't an arrest warrant issued for him. Everytime I go to court they say that, "if he's not here the next time we'll issue a warrant" NOTHING ever happens. Out of the 10 times we have had to go to court, he has only been there on 2 ocassions.

He now has requested the court to do a DNA, saying he wasn't sure if my daughter belonged to him. I was 14 when I met him. He knew he was my first!!! And my daughter will be turning 20 this year!!! The judge is actually considering it! I have found out that he has had at least 7 children and has walked away from all of them. I have contacted the proscuting attorney, numerous lawyers, and other officials in the child support and they say, well, you can't get blood out of a turnip.

Why are the courts being so easy with him? Does anyone have any advice? I'm thinking about calling one of our trouble shooters from the news programs to kind of shake things up with the Lawrence County Bureau of Child Support in Ironton, Ohio. Can anyone give me suggestions? I need to somehow get the Ironton, Ohio Prosecutors Office to take me seriously. They just see me as a case and number. They weren't the one who had to answer my daughter when she was 3 years old with tears streaming down her face and ask me, Mommy, why doesn't my Daddy love me".
