I paid $200.00 for an advanced diag and repair that did nothing to my computer. There was a glitch in the software (found by 2 other persons) that they should have found if they did what they said. Also I was charged for spyware and virus that I did not need plus $29 to put it in (EACH) when I already had programs that just needed to be updated. I had just renewed one of them. They did next to nothing, I took it back twice after the original trip, and calling got you talking to one person after another. No one wanted to do anything. Ripoff!!!
