Rude and useless employees, low quality products

I recently went to Lowes with the intent of purchasing stone floor and tile cleaner. The purpose of going there was to save some time by purchasing the cleaner along with a few other items that the tile store on Hayden I usually go to for the cleaner didn't sell.

When I got to Lowes, I attempted to find someone who could tell me where the tile cleaner was. The first Lowes' employee I approached was on a personal call and didn't even acknowledge my presence, so I left. Same thing with the next employee I found.

I finally located a pair of jokers in the paint department, a fat a* and a dwarf, and politely asked where I would find the stone and tile floor cleaner. The fat a* snarled back, "well, what are you going to use it on?" I thought this to be an idiotic question, but responded, "uh, tile and stone". Neither the fat a* or the dwarf knew where to find such a product.

I finally did find it in the tile section, and all they had was cheap contractor grade. So I had to go to the tile store on Hayden after all. And at the tile store, they approach you, and ask you what you need and actually get it for you. And it's high quality product. Lowes should practice this type of service.

I suggest that if you are looking for outstanding service and high quality products, stay away from Lowes. However, if you like rude fat a*es and smart aleck dwarves, Lowes is for you.
