Cost Me Money

I ordered some metal border flashing for a tile job in my home. Not knowing anything about tile, I took my tile to the store and expected and trusted the staff to order me the right product for my tile. Once the job started, it became clear that the product was the wrong size and wouldn't work. Buena Tile would neither refund nor acknowledge their screw-up, and in fact, the staff insinuated that I had agreed to order the wrong stuff, though my tile guy assures me that the mistake was theirs. The only concession to "customer service" that Buena made was to offer to order me the correct product at full price.

I cannot and will not recommend Buena Tile, and would dissuade anyone I know from patronizing this business.
