Won't answer e-mail or phone NSW

I ordered an item in June of this year and it was suppose to take just six weeks. They finally arrived in October. Two boxes instead of five. I had already paid for the first one, but they only sent out #4 and#5 and want me to pay for both.
I have tried to ring, but they won't answer nor will they answer their e-mails.
When I send an e-mail, I just get an ortomated answer telling me to ring them.
I find this firm to be very uncaring, unhelpful and have no customer relations.
I for one will never shop with them again, and you can be sure that I will tell every one else.
