If you want a piece of art and don't care about details, this company may work well for you as many are satisfied with the artwork but if you have lost a pet and are seeking a replica of it, you may be disappointed. The company presents an 'if I feeling doing it' attitude when acknowledging or following through with customer requests. Customer service is lacking - no acknowledgment of mistakes nor sympathy for lost pets.
