"Mom Learns Secret of a Whiter Smile", free trial, just pay $3.87. Yeah, you'll get your free trial, but then you get nailed for $87.47 a pop, allegedly because you didn't cancel within 10 days. But what do you get for the $87.47? Absolutely nothing! No additional products, nothing.
I phone the company, via the phone number that appeared on my credit card bill, (866-450-4047), and spoke with a customer service rep., Gabby, who wanted to know how she could provide me with excellent customer service. I stated that I had ordered the "free trial", however, I have been charged an additional $181.91, ($87.47 twice, $1.49, $1.74 twice and an additional $. 02), and that I would like refund. I explained that I had not received any other products, however, she was unwilling to grant the refund. I asked her to provide me with the details of any additional shipments to me, which she was unable to do, because there hasn't been any additional shipments. I then asked her what I was being charged for if they had not sent me any additional products, but she couldn't provide that info either and could only say that I didn't "cancel" within 10 days.
Once again, an unscrupulous "company" ripping people off. I ordered the "free trial", paid the $3.87 and received the trial but I refuse to pay $181.91 for absolutely nothing. Dazzlin Smile owes me a refund of $181.91!
