Nearly ruined a wedding and no refund

I was the best man at my long time childhood friend's wedding.

After going through your typical measurements months in advance, I arrive a week before the wedding to pick up my tuxedo along with fellow groomsman and do a final fitting, only to find out that 3 of the 7 tuxedos (including my own) have wrong vest & tie colors (Pink instead of Gray).

Four sets of Grey tuxes and three sets of Pink... That would be stylish. The three pink sets are sent away and we are told to come back (30 min drive) the day before the wedding to pick up the corrected vest/tie combos. We all arrive, pick up our sets and ask if we should try them on before we leave... Store says no, as they are busy and the dressing rooms are occupied.

Arrive home approximately 45 minutes later with afternoon traffic to find out that the vest is a medium instead of an XL... Sure, that will work. Call the store to discover they are closed and won't open until tomorrow at 10am (wedding's at 9am). Ask the manager if he can deliver fixed sizes to the wedding or come in early so I can pick up the right size and am denied on both counts.

Return the next day after the wedding to return the tux and demand my money back and the manager refuses to give me a refund. When I say they made a mistake, the manager says "you mean the warehouse that ships the vests made a mistake, not this store". After 5 minutes of raised voice arguing the manager agrees to refund me $14 for the vest... That's it... No sympathy for the horrible wedding experience, no offer to refund the tuxedo cost... No apologies at all because it wasn't his fault. Great management there, and I will never do business with them again and have been spreading the word as quickly as possible to all friend and family to NEVER use After Hours if they want a nice wedding.
