No Tux That Fit For The Wedding ripoff

My husband was fitted for a tux for a wedding 10-1-06 at After Hours Formalwear, Beachwood, Ohio. He was to pick up the tux the morning of the wedding in Pittsburgh, PA. The night before he was told the order for the tux he was fitted for at the Beachwood store never arrived at the Pittsburgh store. He was put into a tux that was 3 sizes too small and that did not match the wedding party. The manager of the After Hours Formalwear, Beachwood, Ohio, says he will call me back but he has never returned any of my phone calls.
