You'll never beable to cancel, even if you don't get the equipment

We canceled the service before even getting the equipment, we called but they kept stating they were unable to cancel yet. Well, they withdrew money the day after canceling and now 30 days later they have taken more money and are still unwilling to cooperate with us. You will sit on the phone for a long time and get nowhere. The only resolution is to call your bank, fill formal complaints and maybe hire a lawyer!!! Look out for these crooks!
