On 11/20/07, my wife and I ordered a Nintendo Wii Holiday Bundle 2007 (item #583584) from KBToys.com
The bundle was advertised with several games included with the bundle at a price of $414.99.
The package arrived as promised, but missing three of the advertised games that the bundle was sold with. Missing game titles are "Madden 08" "Tiger Woods Golf" and "The Bigs" We inquired to KBToys about the games, expecting that they sold out of those titles and would be shipped once they were back in stock.
Jen at KB customer service told us that they had made a mistake, and would not honor the advertised deal, even though our part of the transaction had been completed. I tried to explain to her that we bought and paid for an item that they promised to deliver, and I expected delivery. She also admitted that KBToy did not contact us to let us know of the change.
She suggested that we return the product for a refund. I explained that was not an option, as the items were bought for a birthday gift, and was no longer in my possession. She offered a ten dollar gift certificate as a settlement. What an insult!
I explained to Jen that was unacceptable, and I expected to have what I paid for delivered, or a refund for the retail value of the undelivered items. Jen said she would take the case to her superiors, and call me back later in the day.
Jen called back, this time to offer a $25 dollar gift certificate, and told me there was nothing that her or KBToy was willing to do to settle the issue.

Again, no help but an insulting "gift".

This is nothing more than the classic bait and switch... I wouldnt be suprised if this was a fly by night type of company... But KBtoys? Jeese.
