Belongings auctioned after certified letter sent late

Extra space storage stole my belongings by unlawfully giving them to auction didn't send a certified letter till 4 days before the auction not 14 as the Florida law and their contract state committed mail fraud by post marking the certified letter October 5 by their Pitney Bowes machine then mail it from the post office in naples November 5 have proof of that. Then auctioned on November 9. I'm sure this has been done to many and will continue to be done unless it is checked into.
