Until you register, Fling.com appears like legitimate albeit racey dating site.
The ill-advised internet consumer buys into the site and registers, paying some annual or monthly fee. Once the new member ("M") is there, reality begins to set in. The profiles of the other members ("F") looking for dates are not a crossection of the general population (don't appear real, but who knows?). Some of those "F" members immediately send the "M" member messages wanting to "hook-up" even without knowing anything about the "M" member. Once there has been, at most, one exchange of messages, the "F" member sends a message that refers the "M" member to another e-mail address or internet site where they can communcate further or get phone numbers (via e-mail "M" member is referred to same internet site). Then once ill-advised "M" member is at the internet site (passionads.com, onlinedatesdirect.com) they have to register and pay some annual or monthly fee to find the contact information. This pattern can extend and appears legitmate to an unsuspecting internet consumer but the "F" members are not real, in fact different "F" members tend to send the exact same messages - sometimes at 5:00AM!
ALL of this is a BIG SCAM.
