Unfairly Terminated

After driving for Schneider for 6 months I was told that I tested positive for THC on a random drug test. I was told that I could have eaten somthing to cause a positive result but have been labeled as a drug user even though I have never before tested positive to anything in my life including 2 previous tests with Schneider, 5 years in the US Army and 2 years with JB Hunt! I have gone through evaluations with SAP where they dont believe I have a problem with drugs or need any type of treatment what so ever but went so I could meet DoT requirements to be able to return to driving but now am finding out that with this on my record no one wants to hire me. I dont believe that Schneider gave me a fair chance to prove myself and I feel I have more thatn enough proof in my past history to show that this is not the type of person that I am being labeled as. The MRO who detirmined the positive result didnt even want to talk to me after finding out that there were no perscription drugs that I take that could have contributed to a positive result. He did say that I could have eaten something but it wasnt up to him to decice this. Well if it wasnt his job then who's job was it since everyone said he is the only one to make the decision? At this moment it looks like my driving career is over and I didnt do anything to end it except maybe eat something that contained THC without me knowing it. I guess all I can say is watch out everyone and only eat things that you make yourself!!!
