Failure to hire me for trucking driving school company paid traing discrinmantion

I, applied for schneiders company paid training school 11/04 I went to www.schneider.com to apply for their company paid driving school, I went threw the interview. I, told them that I did not have any work history I never held a job I graudated high school in 12/03, I have a clean back ground & driving record the schneider rep. Talked to their manager & they got back to me stating I had to hold a job for one year not relating to driving & my application was in good status!

Schneider, turned me down for their company paid driving school based because I did not have a solid working history. Schneider, told me I had to hold a job for one year! Its, ridiculous that you cannot be excepted into a trucking school just because you did not have a solid working history or a 3 year working history, even if i did hold a job for 12 months I would not apply with schneider again after how ugly they have been & after reading all the other complaints agaisnt schneider on this website! This, is discrinmantion I believe schneider did not except me for other reasons! Well schneider did not have to hire me & I will never apply with them again after how badly they have treated me! I also applied twice 02/06 know schneider has told me I, did not meet their qualifications you see schneider is telling me different stories, when I first applied they told me my application was in good standing & when I applied again in 02/06 they told me I didn't meet the qualifications. My, belief is that schneider does not want to hire me for their company training school! Well I will never apply with schneider again! So they will not have to worry about me applying with them if that is the way they feel about me!
