Delivery service STINKS! Customer service low priority

The folks at BEST BUY kept trying to deliver our new washer and dryer to the WRONG ADDRESS! We called (literally) eleven different times to set up the delivery appointment with the right address on a date and time that we could be here to receive the delivery.

When they called to confirm our arrangements on the day before each "attempted" delivery, we were informed that the address had NOT been changed as promised AND that they couldnt "get the stuff on the right truck" in time to get the washer and dryer to us the following day.

Finally, after eleven phone calls and three visits to the store, the regional office rented a truck and dispatched a crew to deliver the washer and dryer on our schedule.

As it turns out, the kid who was working the database at the store just couldnt figure out how to make the address change and gave up.

One of our phone calls was to the corporate office. As we described the problem, the person who took our call was snickering. People in the background were laughing, too. Customer service at BEST BUY is a very low priority. We vowed NEVER to shop there again, and so far were sticking to it!
