Beware! Do not beleive them! They will only hurt you, not help you

I called this company to help me, they were very polite and eager to help me. They told me I needed to money gram my money so that they can send over the paperwork to process my claim. They said they have a 100% refund if we do not help you. They also asked if I had a sale date, and if you do, there is a $500 fee for that since they are under pressure. I sent them the money, they sent me the forms, I returned the forms via fax, had confirm that they went thru 4 times. I called them to find out the status, they said they we able to stop the foreclosure. The next day I called back to find out more status and they said they still have not received my paperwork so no authorization form has been sent to my lender. I faxed again, but they said now it was to late, so I need to file a bankrupcy petiion to use as a tool for them to help me. I did not do that, sounded to risky. Anyhow, the day of my sale had arrived and they claimed that they just sent the paper to my lender and of course it was to late. The next day, I was told by a real estate person who obtained my home that I would have 30days to be moved out of my home. I have called Home assure several times since then, and no calls back. I am seeking an attorney right now to retreive my money back, I do need it to help me get a rental since they helped me lose my home. If I knew they could not help me, I would have went some where else before it was to late. The funny thing is, when I talked to Brian and Maureen, they told me to look up them on rip off reports because they were not listed and do reseach before I sign up. I did, there was nothing, until now.
