Ripoff, misrepresented, lied, high pressure, will not install, demanding 3500.00 for cancellation

Lied to us about the equipment, no chemicals, said not to read contract and put it in a safe place. Pressured me to forge my husbands name in front of him. Said there was financing[not].

I don't have money and they want 3500.00 dollars for cancellation or they will put a lean on my property. I still owe for that. It was an 18 ft pool for 11,660.00. The contract says i give up all of my rights and cannot file a suit of get legal action. I tried to cancel by mail and they said it was a fake postmark and i must pay! Evidently you can't cancel even though you are allowed by law to do so. If they get legal defense, according to their contract, [lines 101-102] and i quote: "attorney fees: purchaser agrees to pay blue world pools, inc. Attorney fees necessary to defend any disputes and/or allegations arising in any manner relating to this agreement."
