Buyer beware... Do anything but do use this company

This is a quote from the company's website. The problem is we had to send a money gram before we could get it started. As anyone who is going through forecloser knows it is very stressful and will do just about anything to keep the house. Well, that's what I did and after 2 months of going back and forth with these people, they wait until the morning of the "sale date" to call us and let us know that our lender will only do the "forebearance", which meant that we had to come up with ALL of the back pay plus the lawyers fees. Well, if I knew that was going to be it then I would have just done a deed in lieu of forecloser, but now it's too late. Thanks A LOT. Just stay away from this company.
