Ripped me off of $145

About 3 months ago, I received an advertisement in the mail stating that I had been approved for a platinum credit card. The advertisement did not state that it not a "real" platinum card. I mailed in $145 to them and next thing I received in the mail was a catalog and a credit card. I called them and they said that is what I ordered. I have been trying to get on the website, www.peoplescreditfirst.com, since then and have not had any success. I am unable to reach them, when I call, there is a busy signal until after 6pm, then I receive a recording saying they are closed. I want my money back.
