I received a letter dated September 12 from your company stating CONGRATULATION you are Guaranteed Approval for a Peoples Credit First Platinum Card with a credit line of $5000.00. I've been preapproved for platinum credit card with $5000.00 credit limit. As today October 8, I've haven't received the credit card. I've been calling your customer service number 813-879-4752 since Friday October 4, for service and the recording coming on stating if you have received this message all of our reps are busy. This is very unprofessional to have a recording and then the lines goes busy. What kind of busy are you running? If you're not going to send the credit card with the $5000.00 credit limit, I suggest that you refund my $49.00.
