Luered me in, signed me up, removed money from my cedit card, said I did not qualify, refused to call and talk to me

PDM Financial called me and offered me the oportunity to lower all my credit card interest rates with a special program. But when I was called by John to discuss my credit situation no offer of lowering the interest rates and keeping the cards was given.instead, John said he worked with PDM as a separate contractor to consolidate debt and pay it off. Cutting up credit cards put in the program.
After John anylized my debt he said I did not qualify for his services and Ronnie would be calling me back to consider other alturnatives. Ronnie is the credit counceler.
I signed up on October 5 and that is the day they removed $990.00 from my credit card. This is Nov. 9 and I have yet to have my phone meeting with Ronnie. He did not call me Friday Nov. 2 at 1 pm as our appointment was set to be. When I called Customer Service they would not let me talk to Ronnie or anyone else. They set another appointment for Tuesday Nov. 4 at 12:30 pm. When that appointment was not kept I called Customer Service and gave them a piece of my mind. They said I had no such appointment and the actual appointment was Nov 13, at 12:30. I protested and asked for a suporvisor but got no one else. They said they would leave a note for Ronnie to call me and I said to leave one for the supporvisor to call also. No one has called to this point Friday Nov. 9 at 7:30 pm.
I called back today to see if there was any posibility of getting my money back, getting to talk to Ronnie or a supporvisor to no avail.
Now I find all of the other reports of bad business practaces by this company and am filling my own. They are making money on my money while it sits in their accounts and I am paying three times as much interest while it is out of my credit card. That right there, should have been a red flag. They were charging my credit card when that was the very problem they were supposed to be fixing.
