Very upset to be goin through this

As I enterd into the local Giant Eagle, I was stopped by a young man with, what seemed to be a good deal on portraits. I thought, since I just had a baby, it'd be great to have all three of my kids pictures taken together. So I made the appt. For Saturday October 27th. Well the day before, I get a phone call from them, they told me not to forget my appt. For THAT night. (Fri. Oct. 26th) I explained to them that my appointment wasn't until the following night. So they had to "scratch" me out and put me in for Sat. That I wasn't the only person that the appointment was wrong with.

I then proceeded to ask her about the sitting fee, the young man had told me that it was included in the $10 amount. That the only thing I'd be charged on my credit card would be the $10. She put me on hold then came back to tell me they'd waive that fee.

The next day, we packed up the kids and went to get the pics taken. The gentle man was not very socialable, didn't smile and acted as if he really didn't want to be there. When he did the individual pics of the kids, he put my newborn son, A BOY, on a pink blanket: (What??? The whole picture taking took only 10 min. S, if that!

I was handed a reciept to pick the pics up on Wed. November 7th at 11:30A.M. That day, my girld were at school, so I packed up the baby and went to go get the pics. There was a lady sitting in the back corner of the store with some thin, brown paper sacks on a table. I walked up to her, asked if she was with the photo place, she said "yes" that they had gotten any of the photos in... And the brown sacks I could clearly see through with photos in it was? My imgination and the thing that really got me was, there was no phone call! Not from anyone. I got my newborn out in the cold for... NO PICTURES!

"They'll call you when they arrive." She took my name and said sorry. So today is Friday, November 9th, and I'm just reading usacomplaints. Coms. Not a word from anyone yet. So, Now I'll be calling A.S.A.P.in the morning to start raising hell!!!

Gauranteed Satisfaction! (as printed on thier reciepts) We'll see about that!!!
