Taking action against USBI Philadelphia

If you are here, then you and I have been scammed by USBI. I decided to take action this way: I checked my state attorney general office and filed a complaint online for another similar scam called ESBI. I got a letter a week later from ATTy General's office and have just responded to them with my new complaint of phone charges from USBI that I did not authorize. We need to close the loophole that these deceptive trade practices are taking advantage of.
Below is a copy of the letter I sent to The PA Attorney General:
Since I filed my complaint against ESBI (apparently a billing company for a Voicemail service) another similar company called USBI has added $30.51 to my Verizon phone bill as long distance service fee.
I called USBI and they told me that they were authorized to initiate these monthly charges for the same reason that ESBI did, i.E., my daughter had taken an online survey and according to them this authorizes the charges because she entered my phone number which gives them an electronic signature. Her name does not appear on my phone bill and she is not authorized to make any changes.
As with ESBI, this survey originated from coolsavings.com, a website that anyone could access if they knew my basic info, like phone and address.
USBI said they would remove the charges in 1-2 billing cycles, but that is what ESBI said last month and they have not refunded my money.
Verizon (phone company) claims they have no control over these companies and do not even know what they are charging for, since it is not indicated in the bill. But they always offer to connect me to these companies which indicates they are in fact aware of them.
Please check out usacomplaints. Coms.com and type in USBI and you will see that this company is wreaking havoc across the country.in one woman's case, they offered her son a free calling card.in my daughter's case, it was a free movie.in neither case did the children have any idea that they would be altering the phone bill.
Please get companies like USBI an ESBI out of PA, these deceptive trade practices must not be tolerated here or anywhere. Thank you for your time and your help. Sincerely
