Don't trust the website, it is false advertising. The pictures used are a joke. Unless your floors are in "PERFECT" condition don't call them. They make claims that they don't live up to and mandate you keep their products a secret and have you sign off as such.

The job is no different if you need just a new coat of urethane which you can do yourself with an Oreck Orbitor and a Home Depot canned urethane for a lot less money, mess and aggravation.

They also offer "quality carpentry", well I have pictures to show what kind of job you will get for lots of money.

I contacted the franchise ownership and was treated rude and the Youngstown BBB basically did nothing at all, which is typically of the agency.

I would not suggest anyone use this company.
