Robert, Lori and Shaun Reinhart, John Casey Theft of services, failure of payment, outstanding balance of $11k, owner uses alias service provided by Prodata is unknown, fraudulent/illegal company

Prodata solutions is a company that suposedly operates out of Wilmington, MA. They had an account with my car rental company that was in good standing for several months. Suddenly all payments for the use of our vehicles stopped. And their individual renters refused to return the cars. Eventually all of the cars were returned, but there is still an outstanding balance of $11,000.

Our contact at the company was John Casey who we later found out was an alias for Robert Reinhart the owner/founder of the company. Despite promising to pay repeatedly, he never showed to scheduled meetings because of "conflicts."

When we tried to track down the offices of Prodata the address was a post office box at a mailing center. Another address that we had for them did not exist. We are currently trying to pursue each individual driver for the balance of each contract, but have had no luck. We will eventually be filing a suit against them, but need to pursue all other channels first.
