EXPRESS TRANSACTION SERVICES - ETS Office supply scam rears its ugly head

ETS called our shop and spoke to an employee. They claimed they were calling to verify the shipping address for "... The rest of your shipment."

Oddly, we had just received a shipment of credit card machine paper so she thought they might be legit, but balked when they wanted the billing office. Our Credit Card Processor furnishes the paper at No Charge.

They attempted to sell her some kind of cleaner, which she refused. Like others, the paper did not even fit our equpment.

The packing list indicates thermal paper, swipe cards, head cleaner. I informed the employee to seal the carton and set aside for pick-up.

I have faxed ETS and told them to pick up their merchandise. I have not received a response yet.
