Never completed birth mother search

I entered into a contract in May a search for my birth mother. I supplied Christine Dillon all the information I had. I knew almost everything, and just needed the last push, and I trusted Locaters Plus with the job.

Needless to say, I tried and tried to reach them, only to find out they had closed down shop and ran away. Both my adopted parents passed away in the early 80's and it was my adopted mother who started the original search.

Since being adopted in New York State, it was closed records. I was not looking for a long term relationship. I wanted medical information. Having children and not knowing my medical history was an injustice. I still want and need to find out what medical problems myself and my children need to watch out for. My oldest has Crones. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Both are autoimmune problems. With medical records adoptive children can make informed decisions on having children.

Locaters Plus, has done nothing to complete my search. They have not even taken the time to contact me in regards to my case, much less a refund.

I hope that someone out there can help me with this issue.
