I had a great all around experience with a company (footnotesonline.com) for the first time in a long time. I was shopping for my wife for the holidays trying to track down a pair of the ever hot Uggs; that are soldout everywhere, all the time. I went to footnotesonline.com to search for the boots I wanted but they were sold out as well. Fed up with searching, I called the customer service number on the website to see if they in fact were soldout and the customer service rep confirmed they were. But she put me on hold and tracked down a pair for me. One day and ten minutes later they were on my doorstep. The boots were to big on my wife and I returned the boots, with the return address label provided and the next morning the refund was credited to my account. Unbelieveable service! I won't shop for shoes online anywhere else!
