I placed an order on the 021011 from Uggbootsols.com. I wanted to buy 3 pair of boots from them for the price of §399. The boots looked very nice, and Uggbootsols.com assured me as a buyer that the products were autentic Ugg boots.
The 031011 I got a mail from Charlene from customeer service from Realypay.com. She said that they needed more about my account information. I told her that I did not understand what she ment, and I wrote that I wanted to cancel my order.
Today, on the 171011 I got the three pair of " UGG " boots that I did not want! They looked really horrible, and nothing like the pictures from Uggbootsols.com. I do have 2 pair of UGGs that I bought last year, and they do not look anything like them at all! It is clear that Uggbootsols.com gives us false advertising and defecte products. This boots are made by syntetic materials. This is not real UGGs! I do want my money back, but I can not find any adress to Uggbootsols.com. What do I do next?
