Refusal to return deposit

On January 12, I visited Haynes Furnishings in Virginia Beach, Va., and put an order for rug after providing the saleswoman the dimensions that have been REALLY correct. I offered a $600 deposit by check that was compensated by my lender within two times. I had been provided an estimation and also the saleswoman was to possess my home calculated by their people after which provide me a strong cost for that rug. The home was calculated the next evening, the 13th. Subsequently fourteen days handed and that I called the saleswoman. She stated the dimensions had never been posted and, after twelve times, she got the dimensions and her estimation was down by significantly more than $1,000. I expected to get a reimbursement and he or she decided to publish the paperwork for that reimbursement instantly. The reimbursement never came. Today, after I call Haynes, I'm possibly disconnected, placed on store never to be responded, or subjected to to somebodyis voice-mail never to obtain a return phone. All I'd like is my $600 delivered in my experience. Personally I think the estimation was intentionally reduced to lure me to help make the deposit. Then your cost was jacked-up significantly beyond what I'd allocated for that work.
