Never Use Cactus Mailing!

We were going to be sending a large # of letters and were quoted a certian price well at the last minute right before we approved any proofs they changed the price $300 more expensive and tried to weasel their way into explaining it. We are not stupid we have used bulk mail before and they were just tryin to screw us. So we decided to just cancel the project before any proofs were seen. Well they charged us for processing our list which is fine. But then they charged us a cancellation fee of $50 when nothing had even been done. No proofs were seen or even started. You would think if someone was about to spend thousands of dollars with a company they would be fair enough to help them out, Nope, not cactus, they just want your money. Lesson learned, and we will never use them as our mailer, and anyone we talk to will know that. We are now useing someone else for our printing and would gladley pay more to know they are taking care of us. Thanks for nothin Cactus!
