Cactus Jack's is a huge rip off. I went there looking for a car since my old one broke down and I don't have good credit. They promised the world, and I should have been more leery, but I trusted them and I am now paying the price.

First of all not even 1 week after buying the car, the tire was dry-rotted and blew out on the freeway. I had to pull over and change it right there. But wait! That's when the real trouble started, they put the wrong tire as my spare.in fact, it wasn't even for the model or make. I have a 05 ford taurus and the tire was for a chevy. So I figured, hey if that's the only problem I can let it go, except that it wasnt.

About two months later my car wont hold a charge on the battery and it won't even start. So I took the battery over to Auto Zone where they told me the alternator is going out. So after buying a new battery and a alternator, I called Cactus Jacks and they told me that was my problem even after they said anything under the hood is covered.

All and all do not buy a car from Cactus Jack's you will end up regretting it and will quickly find out that they do not care about you the second they get your money.
