Cactus Mat, Inc. Cons their customers into thinking that they are NOT signing a contract when they are really signing a FIVE YEAR AGREEMENT. Their ONE customer service rep advises you that you are just signing off on the products you have or will be receiving. At no point are you given a copy of the contract or advised that the contract terms are FIVE years with an automatic 30 month roll over! You also have to call in more than once before they will even consider sending you your contract!
Cactus Mat, Inc.increases your prices without giving you notification, adds miscellanous charges such as, arpon & towel insurance, and adds mats to your location without you requesting them!
When you try to cancel your account, they will send you a Breach of Contract letter and try to force you to stay with their crappy service. If you still refuse service they will forward the matter to their attorneys.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CACTUS MAT - They are a small junky dirty company that tries to seem bigger than they are. They only have one customer service rep and they run their business out of a dump with employees working in mobile minis. 722 e. Roosevelt Phoenix, AZ 85008.
