Called at 12:56am to verify my service, of which I have none

Lady called at 12:56am on 9/12 to verify my ADT service of which I have none. She woke me from a deep sleep and simply said she was sorry for the 'late' call. The name she has was wrong as well. I cannot beleive these people do business at all times of night and wake people up to verify service. There must be regulations for this. The number showing on caller id was: 888-238-2727.
