I recently had to set up a direct tv service for one of my tenants.in order for me to put the bill and billing adress in my company's name I would have to first put it in the tenant's name (s) and then wait for instalation and put it into the business name. This was after being transfered 7!! Times! I was on the phone with so called customer service agents for over 2 and a half hours. Finally after setting all of the information up and setting a time and verifying it for set up I recieved a call back saying I would have to verify again. So i called them back they would not verfiy the set up and instalation date for me because they said I was not who I said I was. I was the one who put it into my own name and called myself to set up and to verify for a second time. After holding in my rage and asking the woman nicely if I could simply make a new account then she said no Ill transfer you again. I said wait what is your name miss? She then replied no, have a good day. I AM OUTRAGED! They cannot even tell you their names because they do not know how to do their jobs. This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I will never ask for this service from them again. I have since chose DISH NETWORK! They know what customer service really is. When choosing be sure to keep direct tv off your list!
